Sabrina is cofounder of GH Millennial Consulting and is an experienced business development and investment professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning international trade, venture capital, and sovereign wealth fund due diligence.

As a Business Development leader at the China Chamber of International Commerce in Washington, D.C., she successfully facilitated major deals across multiple U.S. states and managed key relationships between Chinese investors and U.S. entities. Previously, she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Shenzhen Jaguar Capital Group and as an Analyst at China Investment Corporation (CIC), where she gained valuable experience in strategic investment analysis, compliance, and corporate governance.

Sabrina holds an LL.M from Cardozo School of Law and a Master's in Economic Law from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Christopher

Chris is a cofounder of GH Millennial Consulting and spearheads the management advisory program. He has more than 25 years of management advisory service in both the public and private alternative capital markets.

He has held positions at leading financial communications and capital formation advisory firms in addition to leading integrated institutional marketing s for a unit of the CIB (Commercial and Investment Bank) division at JP Morgan.

He has participated in over 150 large cap advisory roles for dual-listed public companies around the world which also trade their shares on the Nasdaq and NYSE stock exchanges in the U.S.. He has also implemented all facets of special projects and investor relations activities for small- and microcap companies.

His management advisory experience includes deep knowledge across ADRs, cross-border listings, crisis communications, IPO-readiness, capital raising activities with a strong focus on corporate presentation and message building.

Transactions include the merger of SAB-Miller, the $3.5B privatization of Jefferson Smurfit Group, Markit's IPO and merger with IHS as well as the President of Ghana's $1B sovereign bond raise.
